DEPOSIT POLICY

All bookings made (excluding Non Refundable rate reservations) require the payment of 1 night’s accommodation at the time that the reservation is made. This deposit can be made by credit card, cash or direct deposit. The direct deposit must be made within 7 calendar days of the date of the reservation being made.

NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS

All bookings made on a Non Refundable rate require FULL PAYMENT at the time that the reservation is made. This payment can be made by credit card, cash or direct deposit. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Low Season Cancellation of bookings for stays during Low Season – 2 days (48 hours) notice must be received by 2pm WA Time in order for your deposit to be refunded to you. Shoulder & High Season Cancellation of bookings for stays during High Season – 7 days (168 hours) notice must be received by 2pm WA Time in order for your deposit to be refunded to you. All refunds will be made in the same manner that the deposit is received and onto the same credit card provided at the time of your deposit. Any credit card fees attached the initial deposit will be retained by the property.

NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS

No refund will be made to Non Refundable reservations. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at time of booking. We suggest that the policy should include, but not be limited to, the following cover: Loss of deposit through cancellation, employment changes or weather conditions, loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money and medical expenses.

COVID 19 REFUND POLICY

Before you book, make sure you're comfortable with this properties cancellation policy. Keep in mind that our policy doesn't cover cancellations due to travel disruptions caused by COVID-19. After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, the extenuating circumstances policy no longer applies because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected. Please remember to carefully review the cancellation policy when booking and consider choosing an option that provides flexibility.   

Travel Inisurance

Travel Insurance We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at time of booking. We suggest that the policy should include, but not be limited to, the following cover: Loss of deposit through cancellation, employment changes or weather conditions, loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money and medical expenses.  

Boats and Trailers

If you are bringing a boat, trailer, camper or caravan you must phone the office to arrange parking. Otherwise you will be required to park across the road in the car park.

Pets

Pets are no allowed.
